What Kind of Church are We?

Nondenominational: We are not affiliated with any denomination. We hold to the faith and doctrine of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Independent: We are self governing and are not controlled by any ruling body outside of our local congregation. We claim Jesus Christ as head of our Church.

Spirit Filled: We believe in the gifts and the work of the Holy Spirit. We seek to obey the commandment to be filled with the Holy Spirit and invite His presence into our services as well as our lives.

Biblical: We seek to follow the teaching of the Bible as closely as possible. What matters most is what God's word says.

Family Oriented: We believe God called us all to value family. Together we work to build strong families on the teaching of the Bible and uphold strong family values.

Our Mission

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you."

Matthew 28:19-20

What We Believe....

We believe in the one true, holy and living God. We believe He is the creator and preserver of all things. We believe He reveals Himself in the three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ. We believed He died for our sins and Salvation is God's free gift to mankind through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe  in the personal, visible return of Jesus and the future bodily resurrection of the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, proceeding from the Father and Son, is on  substance, majesty and glory with the Father and the Son.

We believe that God's will for the life of a Christian is good works and service for the glory of God. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, we are enabled to bear fruit that is pleasing to God.

We believe Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and that every local church has the right, under Christ to govern it's own affairs.

We believe that all who come to faith in Christ are to be baptized with water as a mark if discipleship and a symbol of cleansing.

We believe that the Lord's Supper was instituted by Christ to be Observed by believers in rememberance of His suffering and death for our sins.

We believe man was born in sin and by nature is a sinner. He can only find forgiveness for his sin through Jesus Christ. Man is free to embrace or reject this salvation provided by God through Christ.
