Our Vision

     Faith United Fellowship began with a vision in March 2003. A vision from God to place a local church in this area that will be willing to make a difference. At whatever cost, at whatever sacrifice, must be made for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We know at Faith United Fellowship that it is not the people that make the difference, it is Christ that makes the difference, working through His people.

     In today's world, true Christianity has been turned into "Christianity Lite". "The church service is too long?" We'll shorten it! "Too formal?" Wear what you want! "Too boring?" Wait till you hear our band! If the message is too confrontational, to judgemental, or too exclusive, churches everwhere are eager to change that message just to make you confortable. What we must understand is that the true gospel is a call to self-denial. It is no a call to self-fulfillment. Jesus said, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but shoever loses his life for My sake will save it."

     It's pretty simple. Amyone who wants to come after Jesus into the kingdom of God, anyone who wants to be a Christian, has to face three commands: 1) deny himself, 2) take up their cross daily, 3) follow Him. If you want to be part of a church that the message is unadorned and unadulterated, evey time you walk through  the door. I invite you to visit Faith United Fellowship. If you are looking for a life changing experience you will find it only in Jesus. Jesus told Nicodemus, "unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdon of God." Being born again will be a life changing experience.

     A true Christian is someone who is a follower of Jesus Christ. "Christ Like." And Jesus came for one reason and one reason only, to seek and to save those that are lost. That is what we seek to do at Faith United Fellowship. We seek those that are in need, hurting, or lost, and then we lead them to Jesus Christ. We help them with their needs, and we comfort them when they are hurting. Jesus said, "to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me."
